And then, it hit me….oh…oh no…is this? Le sigh…

Are these an erotica series? Or just steamy?

Short answer: these are erotica-forward, not just “steamy romance.”

Monsters’ Bride Market is best categorized as monster romance erotica. Here’s how it typically breaks down:

And I’m like, okay, so, before I even get into this, based on the cover art alone, and we know from the ACOTAR, that we judge a book by it’s cover, right?

Okay, so, like, how are the two mains supposed to, uh, kiss each other?

I mean, again, look!

She looks “normal”/human, and he’s a Void Walker (I’m completely making assumptions here.)

I mean, like, does he have a mouth?

Do you see it?

Lemme try one more time…

I… can’t see a mouth or lips or…orifice?

Pppfffff! Sorry, kissing to me is like, one of the hottest parts of being physical…have these people never kissed anyone properly?

I know, I know, there are other ways of getting it heated up before ze deed is done, but, like, how do you have foreplay with a shadow?

…. like…not to sound crude or like a prude, but, like, unless you’re constantly turned on and, uh, wet, straight to friction hurts!

My critiques so far:

Justified alignment, feels clean and professional
Distinct voice, no thinking ai wrote it.
Short chapters, that surprised me but I’m not mad at it.
Pov was the monster buying the lady, which surprised me, but I found that interesting
